The Male G-Spot

The Male G-Spot

Even if some researchers refused the concept of a male G-spot, the term begins to be accepted and renders its understanding easier. Exactly how this particular area of the male body functions, would give an idea of “equality” to both the male and the female sexuality. However located and performing differently than women’s. In fact, what’s known as the male G-spot is actually the prostate gland.
The prostate gland’s functions produce one of the fluids that constitute sperm, being responsible for the muscular contractions, which release semen and induce orgasm. It’s located behind the lower part of the pubic arch and in front of the rectum. It has a walnut shape like, measuring about the size of a condom.

By stimulating the prostate men may experience an extremely intense orgasm, just as well it happens to women when stimulated on their G-spot. If both achieve the same results, the path to reach those places won’t be different. You can feel the prostate about three inches inside the anus, as a firm and smooth area highly touch sensitive.

Before going further (in the explanation, don’t panic), let’s spill the beans- enjoying anal stimulation has nothing to do with homosexuality or anal sex. What was recently regarded as taboo is acknowledged today by many hard-line heterosexual men who indulge their sexuality. If you tried so hard to find your partner’s G-spot, why wouldn’t you spend time looking for such a similar spot that can induce to the very same sensations? Communication is essential. If you’re feeling uncomfortable, bring up the subject after giving her a wonderful time. Since there’s no more queries on the subject, let’s get back to the razz-mat-ass.

For internal stimulation there are two operative words to bear in mind: lubrication and gentleness. Start as ever, by acknowledging your own body. Suit yourself as the anus is a very delicate area, so lubrication is required. To wear condoms along with oil-based lubricants renders it safer. Start by slowly and ever so carefully probing (previously lubricated) your anus. The more you feel it the easier to prevent pain or tissue cuts. once you are in, allow your fingers to go about 3-4”up where the prostate is located. Now gently crook you finger towards the abdomen, as a “come hither” movement. As you find the right mode go forward talking (no pun intended) your partner into the game. That’s the moment where communication becomes crucial. Explain exactly how you’d like her to do it and whether you’re feeling safe.

- Some men can reach orgasm by prostate stimulation solely, whereas others enjoy it along with other practices, find the combination that suits you best, for instance oral Sex.

- In contrast, you might simply dislike this kind of stimulation altogether. It won't work for everyone and as everything sexually orientated, it’s a question of trial and error. By the same token not every woman would enjoy stimulating her partner. once more the key being communication.

And yet, by pressing the area between your scrotum and your anus you’ll be indirectly massaging your prostate leading to different sensations.

Remember that such stimulation calls for complicity to enhance your sexuality and relationship. It doesn’t have anything to do with sexual orientation, since you won’t put your manhood at harms way by enjoying it. As a matter of fact you’ll be experimenting sensations that other guys are missing, blindly.

IS SHE FAKING IT?

IS SHE FAKING IT?
How Will I know? I’m sure we all know a woman or two who deserve an Oscar for their bedroom performances… a recent Albion Medical survey revealed that over 60 per cent of women deserve an Oscar for their orgasmic performances while with a man (i.e. they have ‘faked it’).For the inside scoop on how to check under the hood on what is really happening – read on. Medical sex columnist Alex Taylor says “Remember guys, moans of ecstasy are very voluptuous and easy to fake while in the moment, physical reactions aren't.”Before a genuine orgasm, her chest will usually go flush (like a rash) and her nipples will erect and protrude as they're flooded by a tidal wave of blood. If you can, keep an eye on the lips of the vagina (the labia). They will probably enlarge and change colour to either burgundy or bright pink (although we really don't recommend that you keep looking down to check this). During her orgasm you might also detect tiny contractions inside her vagina. These are big mechanical clues that she can not hide easily. Don't feel betrayed if you think you’ve caught her acting. She probably thinks she's doing you a favour and boosting your ego. "Women usually do it to protect men's feelings, or do it to enhance what they want to feel" says Taylor. Look at it as a compliment – she’s working harder for your pleasure.Research shows that women tend to fake it when they are put under pressure, or simply don't feel relaxed. Some women can’t even orgasm if they somehow get pulled out of the ‘excitement zone’. Others may not want to let you down, or feel inhibited, such as when they feel their performance is being evaluated in some way.If you aren't sure, then make it comfortable for her to tell you if she’d like to. Do this by asking how you can make sex even better for her, and by assuring that you are ok with her having faked with past partners. Assure her that she doesn't need to with you, and that you care more that she just learn to feel comfortable with you.The biggest question of all is - why don't you believe her? Suspicion on your part doesn't suggest you have much faith in your abilities. And this is likely because men's sexual performance now appears substandard unless he gets an erection, has an orgasm, AND makes his partner orgasm every time he has sex! And, thanks to movie scenes like in 'When Harry Met Sally' the result is that many guys worry that they aren't making their girlfriends orgasm, and suspect they might be faking when they really aren’t… how confusing! You may just need a boost of confidence. Consider the libido enhancing effects of VigRX. Why you ask? Several of the ingredients have the effect within the body of increasing either production or availability of testosterone – the hormone responsible for male sexuality. And because higher levels of testosterone are associated with higher sex drive, you may get just the kick you need to increase your sexual performance. Most importantly, realize that these things tend to work themselves out, especially if you can open the lines of communication. Sometimes all it takes is a candid talk to set things on the path of real ecstasy...

Maximum sexual performance

Maximum sexual performance
“Performance stands out like a ton of diamonds. Non performance can always be explained away." Harold S. GeneenThere is no denying a great sexual performance. It stands out “like a ton of diamonds”, and a top sexual performance is undeniable. You will impress your partner and make a lasting impression that they’ll remember for a long, long time! Penis enhancement pills can get the equipment working like a well oiled machine, but you need to sustain that performance, and here’s how to do it. Get your head in the gamefor the intro page to the LEC animation promo Psychological factors can also cause up to 20% of cases of erection issues. Even though there’s usually an underlying physical problem to start with, it gets made worse by anxiety, lost confidence, stress, and depression. These are the psychological factors you need to beat to maximise your sexual performance! for the intro page to the LEC animation promo Stress related to work or income, or as the result of marriage issues can have a major effect on your short term sexual performance. Over the long term, stress can result in damage to the circulatory system, again key to maximum sexual performance. Anxiety about not being able to perform tends to become a self-fulfilling prophecy, and a poor performance can lead to others until you ‘get your head back in the game’. Penis enhancement pills can help by giving you that extra little confidence to deliver a great performance once again. Depression is a very common cause of erection issues, and can have both physical and psychological effects. Even moderate depression can physically damage a man’s sexual performance, even when he is totally aroused by and comfortable with his partner and the situation. If you suspect stress or other psychological factors may be hindering your performance, you can use herbs (natural medicine), or see your physician to work out a program to deal with it. Either way, get these factors under control to help you perform like a champion again.Loose the juiceAlthough a very common way for men and women to ‘loosen up’ on a date or after work, too much alcohol can take away from a later sexual performance – as most of us know! By drinking conservatively you will improve you ability to perform later that evening, giving yourself a better edge. If you go too far, at some point most of us have the sense to do some damage control (i.e. drink lots of water). In addition, there are herbal mixtures with proven effectiveness in reducing the short-term damaging effects of alcohol. Chaser Pills are one such product, and are worth looking into if you wish to ‘minimize the mess’ on a night out. The unfortunate truth is that over the long-term, heavy drinking can (and often does) lead to permanent loss in sexual function – i.e. erection problems. The penis depends on good circulation to work well. Long-term alcohol use can damage arteries and veins, so it’s not surprising that a lot of drinking can eventually lead to impotence.Long term heavy alcohol use may cause sexual problems. Clinical studies have shown it can mess up the impulses between the brain (pituitary gland) and the sexual organs, making it difficult for the brain to signal the blood vessels in the penis to relax and produce an erection. Alcoholism can also reduce testosterone levels, lowering both sexual drive and function. Now, a great number of people drink socially without ever experiencing difficulties. However, if you are experiencing some form of sexual dysfunction it may be wise to keep it down a bit in the name of maintaining your performance. Loosen up on the juice, and pump up your performance! What’s up doc?It goes pretty much without saying that recreational drug use can and does lead to lower sexual performance, but SOME PRESCRIPTION DRUGS can also affect sexual performance if not managed carefully. The prescription drugs to watch for are primarily those for high blood pressure, depression, spinal cord injury, and diabetes. Consult with your doctor if you are taking any of these medications that could affect your sexual performance, and have them adjust the dosages.Another advantage of the ingredients in herbal enlargement pills is that they usually don’t conflict with prescription drugs, making them a safe option for men on other meds. Check with your physician first, but herbal sexual improvement products are very safe to use and in fact improve your overall health!Healthy lifestyle – just eat and sleep a little better!Surprise, surprise, but there’s a great deal to be said for simply eating and sleeping a little better than you do now. We’re not suggesting a ‘total life turnaround’, as most of us aren’t willing to do this unless there are other dire health issues such as heart disease. But even a LITTLE change can help a LOT!You can have a major impact on your sexual performance just by getting an extra hour of sleep per night, eating a little less fast food, and getting some fruits and veggies into your diet here and there. You probably hear this 3 times a day – but there is a reason for this vital message. All this sounds pretty straight forward, but have you ever considered doing it? The results might please you…By shedding a few pounds and reducing your cholesterol levels you increase the health of your entire circulatory system (directly improving blood flow to the penis), not to mention stabilizing blood sugar levels – even non-diabetics can get erection problems due to problems with their insulin levels. By eating smaller, healthier meals a little more regularly (4 – 5 smaller meals per day) you can dramatically reduce your chances of acquiring a diabetes-like condition during middle age – a major culprit in temporary impotence. Another advantage of eating regularly is better energy levels overall. With greater reserves you’ll feel stronger, and be able to perform longer for those marathon sexual adventures (you do still have them, don’t you?). More energy = better performance. In short, better health through small a couple of small lifestyle changes you can dramatically increase your sexual performance.Whether with different partners or an established mate, having a satisfying sex life depends on two things – the right moves, and performance ability. You’ve got to have the physical ability to deliver. Through a slightly healthier (not impossible) lifestyle and good ‘sexual nutrition’, you’ll always have strong, solid erections and plenty of energy to deliver. Here’s to your overall sexual health!

Sex After Childbirth

Female Sexuality

By Kelly Cristine Barbosa Cherulli
Psychologist and Sexologist

Today, the search for information about sexuality during the post-childbirth period becomes more and more frequent. This issue is usually brought to the doctor’s office along with fears, myths and doubts, which end up by increasing the couple’s anxiety.

According to most clinicians, the woman is able to have vaginal intercourse again one month after childbirth. That’s because at the moment of the labor a small cut at the opening of vagina (episiotomy) is made, to make the passage of the baby easier, which is sutured right after birth. The entire process of recovering takes about two weeks.

Most obstetricians agree that intercourse should be avoided during these first two weeks, to prevent an eventual rupture of the sutures, infections, bleeding and pain. After the first two weeks, although the process of recovering is almost finished, many women had reported stories of extreme pain and discomfort. Thus, clinicians usually recommend abstinence until the occasion of a post-birth exam, which is performed thirty days after childbirth, when a physical exam is executed, as well as family planning, when the couple is about to choose a birth control method. Same procedures are taken in case of having a baby by the cesarean method. Moreover, it’s noticed that many women lose their interest for sex during the first two or three months and then start to show sexual desire again. This new stage in the life of the couple is very delicate, and it’s worth a lot of attention and understanding.

The woman naturally has her attention and concern focused on her baby. Her daily routine is changed. She now tends to dedicate all of her time to the newly born toddler: feeding him/her, cleansing him/her, taking care of him/her, most of the time she even leaves aside taking care of herself. So she ends up by dedicating a very short time to her partner too, who’s basically also stunned with the arrival of the newest family member, but soon he starts to show interest in retaking the sexuality of the couple, however in some cases feeling rejected, refused.

Several factors may interfere on the retaking of the couple’s sexuality. Myths such as the vagina of a woman who had a baby by the normal method becoming too loose, or the man having to avoid sucking the woman’s nipple because it may sour the milk. Those myths still are common among people that lack proper information. The duality woman-lover Vs. woman-mother viewed by the partner who can’t disassociate these two images is also common due to religious convictions. The woman’s self-esteem concerning her image (when the woman sees herself just as a mother but not as a woman), post-childbearing depression, traumatic obstetrical experiences (psychological factors) are aspects which turn the retaking of the relationship very hard to accomplish.

At any rate, since it’s all a delicate situation, it’s important to maintain an open dialogue channel. It’s essential to clear up all doubts and fears with the help of professionals, books and articles about the subject, to promote a restart in the sexual life of the couple. Thus, it’s important that when retaking their sexual life, the couple should keep calm and patience. The use of lubricants may be helpful in the first sexual intercourse. When it comes to sexuality, we should always keep in mind that sex is a relation of affection and not just an act of penetration. It calls for maturity, respect, and knowing yourself and your partner, alongside will power to break some obstacles and doubts that might appear along the way.
